Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken with Rosemary & Thyme

Chicken turns out so juicy and delicious! Perfect by itself or in a big pot of chicken noodle soup or chicken fettuccine.

    Equipment needed: Air Fryer with Rotisserie, Bakers twine.

    Step1

    Wash chicken and dry with a paper towel. Cover chicken in melted butter, rosemary and thyme. Tie kitchen twine around the wings, legs and tie legs together. Place the rotisserie in the chicken. See photos.

    Step2

    Cook at 400 degrees for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Testing internal temperature with meat thermometer periodically until the temperature reads 165.

    Step3

    Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
